By using HahuCare, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Role
HahuCare:
- Is not a medical device
- Does not provide medical services
- Does not sell digital content
- Does not process in-app purchases
- Acts only as a technology platform
3. No In-App Purchase Policy
- No digital goods or subscriptions are sold
- Payments are for offline or real-world medical services
- Payments occur in cash or via external third-party gateways
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Respect providers and platform rules
- Use the app lawfully
5. Appointments & Payments
- Providers define pricing and availability
- HahuCare is not responsible for service quality
- Payment disputes must follow provider policies
6. Limitation of Liability
HahuCare is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes
- Provider negligence
- Appointment cancellations by providers
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud or misuse
- Legal compliance
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
